DCNSS
DCNSS Description
- DCNSS provides a secure, highly-available data center (centralized or distributed) networking infrastructure for computing systems and services that require a redundant infrastructure managed at an Agency level
- As an extension to traditional NISN WAN services, DCNSS extends network support to NASA Data Centers by providing the following three distinct elements:
- Private Network – supports Data Center servers for Agencywide services not requiring Internet access
- Public Network – supports Data Center servers for Agencywide services intended to support services that extend beyond NASA to the Public Internet
