Video Desktop Services
The Desktop ViTS Appliance (DVA) is a small, standalone desktop appliance designed
for personal videoconferencing. The DVA unit provides a low-cost solution for
videoconferencing. DVA is configured to operate on Internet Protocol (IP) and
Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) networks, supporting
video calls ranging from 128 to 768 Kbps (384 Kbps ISDN), depending upon network
configuration. The DVA consists of a remote control, built-in camera, viewing
screen, microphone, and internal speaker. A headset accessory is optional.
