Instant Meeting (IM) - IM subscriptions are available for the customer's use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Two passcodes will be provided for each IM subscription, the Leader Passcode and the Participant Passcode. The Leader passcode will allow the leader to establish the conference and control some bridge features through their touch-tone telephone. Various features are available to customers to manage their own IM, either through their touch-tone phone or using the IM Web Moderator. The Participant passcode is provided to conference participants allowing them to join a conference. The IM subscription should be used frequently; however, if the IM is not used within a 6 month period it will automatically become inactive. In order to ensure that the IM subscription remains active, the IM leader will need to have two lines in conference for at least 2 minutes within a 6 month period.
Establishing your IM subscriptions in advance is the best way to ensure that it is available for use at any time, especially during a crisis event. To establish an account, refer to the information below or call Verizon Reservations at 1-877-232-6272.
Note: An IM Subscription can be established quickly, but advance preparation for crisis events will provide better coordination and peace of mind. To request a user account, complete the New User Form. When your account has been created, you will receive a welcome letter from the NTC. If you have not received your welcome letter within 3 business days, please contact the NASA Teleconferencing Center (NTC) at 877-857-6272 or e-mail MSFC-NTC@MAIL.NASA.GOV. The international rate structure will be different from the domestic rate (the international participant will pay an additional long distance fee).
IM accounts of more than 50 participants are available by approval and do incur a monthly maintenance rate Please contact the NASA Teleconferencing Center (NTC) at 877-857-6272 or e-mail MSFC-NTC@MAIL.NASA.GOV directly (i.e., do not use the New User form) to request this type of account. You will need to provide justification for an account for more than 50 participants and an estimate of the length of time the account will be required. You will be notified and provided with the necessary information for the account upon approval.
After your Instant Meeting is set up by he NASA Teleconferencing Center (NTC), you can view or make changes at (URL) https://www.mymeetings.com/index.php using login and Password.

Premier - Premier Conferencing service is the most expensive service and should used only when the customer requires Operator assistance to verify attendees. Under Premier, an Operator will call each participant approximately 10 minutes prior to the scheduled call time, and announce each participant. The Operator will monitor the meeting for its duration and can be called for assistance by using *0 on the telephone keypad. This type of conference must be scheduled and cancellation requirements do apply. NASA will be charged for any conferences that are scheduled unless cancelled with the service provider.
Standard - An operator will greet the NASA participants as they join the conference. The Operator will frequently monitor the meeting and can be called for assistance by using *0 on the telephone keypad. Standard Service may be used to support NASA conferences that involve international sites, which cannot access the conference facility using a toll free telephone number. Standard Service may also be used for NASA conferences where participants require that an Operator contact them to connect to the conference. This type of conference must be scheduled and cancellation requirements do apply.
Unattended - Participants dial into this conference using either a toll or toll free number. The Operator is available for technical assistance only and does not initiate the conference. Unattended Service may be used for NASA conferences where participants require a "standing meeting". This type of conference must be scheduled and cancellation requirements do apply. This Service may not be used to support NASA conferences that involve international sites since all users must dial into the conference.
